Le Femme Garcon Christmas Show!
What an amazing show it turned out to be !!!!! the audience touched on 300 people !!!! the dinner and cabaret christmas show was the biggest and best yet !!!! the cast and crew worked so hard to make this a magical show for all the guests !!!!
All of us from Le Femme Garçon would like to thank all the people who have been there and supported us over the 12 months, through think and thin, laughs and tantrums, everyone from past the present cast members we thank you with all our hearts !!!! and we would like to wish you all a happy and safe christmas and we will be back again in 2011 with a bigger and brighter show!!!! xxxx

Christmas show is around the corner
Le Femme Christmas show is just around the corner! we are doing some amazing new Christmas songs for the show on the 18th Dec at the Yarraville Club Yarraville!
This is a show not to miss!...... if you have came to one of our past shows then make sure you don't miss the final one for the year! ...... its so worth chatting to your boss and organising a break up at Le Femme Garcon. This show has been in rehearsals for the past few weeks and is looking amazing! don't miss out on the campiest Christmas yet.

Cant believe its come and gone!!! after months of organising the night seems to fly past so quickly!! we have taken a few days off to re -change our minds, but now we are starting to search for ideas for the next amazing show....... this time we are heading over to the RSL club in Yarraville!!! so now the west are going to witness Le Femme for the first time!!!! 1 cant wait !!!! Dec 18th!! ...... this is the first christmas show!! many camp christmas songs done in drag and some sexy burlesque christmas performances ..... not your typical christmas show by all means!111 ........ we will be happy to announce our new cast members for this show shortly!!! .... boys and girls your eyes will pop !!!!! pure eye candy !!!!

Tuesday Night Rehearsals
cant believe how magic the show is looking ..... last nights rehearsals where just fantastic, went till nearly 2 am so as you all can imagine its looking polished! ...... the new members Destiny and Akiko are fitting in so well !.... they have some amazing solo's ..... i cant wait till the next few shows to see them settle, and see what they come up with! this show would not be without the wonderful ongoing support of the staff and our fantastic choreographer Joel !! we have more shows booked in towards the end of the year, and a huge Christmas extravaganza on December 18th !!! your sure to see you favourite christmas tunes camped up !!

This time next week...
This time next week we will be preparing for the night of nights.. Le Femme will be performing on Stage @ The Village Green. Woke up again this morning dreaming about the show, the props, the numbers. My god it looked AMAZING!!!
Ticket sales are going well, only a few tables left to sell over the next next week, we've got an advertisment in the Monash Journal along with an editorial next week, publication comes out Monday, keep your eye out for it.

Rehearsals tonight
A big thanks to Trent, Julian, Rita, Chelsey & Selena for dancing your ass's off @ the Space tonight. The finishing touches are looking amazing!!!

When she first started out she won a competition, The Winner Take it All 2006 at ARQ Sydney and soon after performed with Minnie Cooper and Kitty Glitter in the Summer Fresh show, Midnight Shift and Toy Box - Luna Park new years eve 2007.
Since moving to Melbourne she has been fortunate to work with Jason Coleman on events such as 2009 Fashion Aid with Ed Hardy and The Black Eyed Peas after party at Crown.
she has performed as a special guest for The Market with a few friends from Wicked and The Town Hall Hotel with Qetesh girls. Most recently, Love Machine for Mardi Gras week end 2010, The King and I and now working with the amazing team at Le Femme Garcon ....... what a exotic beauty !! Suzy Akiko is stamping her mark and been talked about as the Girl to watch around town!!
8 days to go till the 3rd show! i don't know about you but im finding it hard to sleep! Heading down to final rehearsals today with the boys Trent and Julian. This will be the last show the guys will be with us, so its going to be an extra special one ! one door closes for them and many more open ! as it will with us ! it gives le femme a chance to introduce to you all some new sexy boys for the shows booked towards the end of the year! so for those of you who have never been to a sit down dinner and drag show hurry and get your seats! its the campest day on your calender this year!

Melbourne's very own Rita Lc. She has graced pretty much every stage in Melbourne & has become quite the legend. She has costumed and co-produced some of Melbournes most memorable shows...PZR, Fab 3, The Classics at the Greyhound....in fact she has dressed the best of them and her influence in shows and in costuming is obvious.
20 years in the biz and still going strong....never one to go unnoticed...she has been told she resembles Luna Park and never leaves home without a gluegun...
Melbs undisputed queen of costuming and camp....catch her Mondays at the outrageous Prince of wales with her partner in crime the fabulous Monte Diamonte and her dear old, old friend Paris...

Profile of the day Chelsey Mikimoto
With almost 10 years in the entertainment industry, Australian transgender showgirl and female illusionist Chelsey Mikimoto (pronounced 'Chel-see Mee-kee-mo-to') has taken her unique talents through cabaret, corporate entertainment, pageants, community events and the catwalk. Chelsey gained national attention this year after being crowned Miss Transsexual Australia 2010, Australia's first pageant for transgenders and transsexuals.
Famous for her high cheekbones, cleavage and exotic looks, Chelsey's stage career began at the Star Hotel (Melbourne) in the early 1990s and since then she has built up a solid professional reputation both on and off stage, wowing audiences and fans from all walks of life with her charismatic stage presence, exotic glamour and effervescent personality.
Versatile and prolific, Singapore-born Chelsey has produced, directed and headlined production shows in Australia, including Asia Major, Divas of Asia, Shanghai Follies, Tiger Lilies and Year of the Tiger. In 2008, she performed at the opening ceremony of the 1st Asia Pacific Outgames. She performs in Asia Major, Club Boom Boom, La Cage Australia, La Femme Garcon and Lost in Paradise.
Outside Australia, Chelsey has brought her special brand of gender illusion to major entertainment venues in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Along with entertaining as herself, Chelsey also performs live character impersonations of leading Asian songbirds, including pop diva Coco Lee (the first Chinese to perform at the Oscars), Faye Wong and Sandy Lam.
